Where To Find Us
Foundation administrative offices, along with most of our offices for treating adult outpatients, are located at 55 Claverick Street in Providence. Dr. Greenblatt sees adult outpatients in his office at Memorial Hospital, located at 111 Brewster Street in Pawtucket.
You can find our pediatric office, where Dr. Duncan sees patients, in the Medical Office Center at 2 Dudley Street, Suite 530, in Providence, across from the Rhode Island Hospital emergency entrance.
The New England Gamma Knife Center is located on the Rhode Island Hospital campus at 593 Eddy Street in Providence. It’s in the Grosvenor Building, Room 123.

Driving
From Interstate 195 West:
Take Exit 2 (South Main Street). Take the first left onto James Street; turn left onto South Water Street; stay to the left after the sign that says “Point Street Bridge/Wickenden Street.” Bear right onto Point Street. Go straight through the light. At the fourth intersection, turn right onto Hospital Street. At the end of the street, turn left. The building, located at 55 Claverick Street, will be on your right.
From Interstate 95 North:
Take Exit 18 (Thurbers Avenue). At the fork, bear left. At the second light, turn right onto Eddy Street. Go 1.2 miles; you will pass Hasbro Children’s Hospital. At the first light after Hasbro, turn left onto Point Street. At the fourth intersection, turn right onto Hospital Street. At the end of the street, turn left. The building, located at 55 Claverick Street, will be on your right.From Interstate 95 South:
Take Exit 19 (Eddy Street). Follow the ramp to the right. At the first light, turn right onto Eddy Street. At the next light, turn left onto Point Street. At the fourth intersection, turn right onto Hospital Street. At the end of the street, turn left. The building, located at 55 Claverick Street, will be on your right.
Parking
For handicapped parking, after turning off Hospital Street, turn right immediately into the parking lot. The ramped entrance is on the opposite side of the building (go past the main entrance and turn right); once inside, turn right, then left; our offices will be on your left.
For other parking, turn right onto the first street, which is Claverick Street; enter the lot on your left in front of the building. Once inside, take the hallway on your left; our offices will be on your right.
